Hobbies are important so as to relieve all that tension and stressful daily routines. The main point is to occupy your free time with hobbies and activities that will improve our well being. Hobbies are things we do for enjoyment and fun. Human beings need the ability to play and have fun in life.

Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise can help a person age well. This may not seem important now, but your body will thank you later.

Social distancing in a must at the moment to protect lives and the NHS but this doesn't mean that we can't keep in contact with love one's, friends and family.
There are a number of ways to do this from simply picking up the phone or using applications like Sykpe, Whatsapp or Facebook.

You can use internet resource sites - like ancestry.com - to trace your family history.
It maybe that a distant cousin - who you don't know even exists - has already started the march to find out more and some of the work has already been done for you.
It could be that you are related to a famous person or a national hero.
All you have to do is just sign up and look.
Some sites have offered a fortnight's trial, so you can find out a lot within those to weeks while digging about.
