1.1. About the service
Learn Hillingdon offers hundreds of courses for day, evening or weekend study, with centres around the borough.
We provide courses for adults aged 19 and over who wish to learn a new skill, improve their English, maths or digital skills, or change their career.
We offer impartial and practical information and advice, with an aim to support you in identifying and achieving your end goal, whether you are learning with us or not.
Through our Education and Careers Hub we will help support you in making fully informed choices that will help move you towards realising your ambitions and unlocking your potential.
We have a wide range of courses including ESOL, Maths, English, IT, Childcare, Floristry and many more vocational courses.
We also offer a wide range of courses in community settings. These courses are designed to help residents access learning that enhances their everyday lives and support them to progress.

Enrolling on a course:
To enrol onto our Learning for yourself courses (which do not have a qualification attached), please enrol online.
Our English, Maths, ESOL and digital skills courses require you to take a skills assessment before you enrol. Some assessments can be taken online and others are held in our centres.
To enrol on our Work and life courses (which have a qualification attached), we need you to complete a skills assessment to find out what your starting point is. You can book a skills assessment session using this online form: skills assessment booking form Once you have completed the form, we will email you with a link to the online skills assessment session.
If you are unable to do a skills assessment online, we will make an appointment for you to attend one of our Our centres.
