The intention of this course is to introduce the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ into your everyday lives to improve your physical and mental health.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
Identify and learn the ‘5 Steps to Wellbeing’
Implement at least 1 step to wellbeing to your life each week
Develop a more mindful attitude to promote good wellbeing and increase self-esteem
